Born in Jones, Isabela by the foothills of the Sierra Madre mountain range, GIL ROY ANCHETA DOMINGO, started his photography while taking up a course on radiologic technology in the 80s.
He is now a regular photographer of the daily broadsheet TODAY covering mostly the western Manila beat.
